What is MyChart and how do I get help?

How do I Activate my MyChart account?
Ask the receptionist at your next visit to email or text your activation code. Or, after your visit, you will receive an ‘After-Visit Summary’; the last item on the sheet will be your activation code to sign up for your MyChart account. Once you receive an activation code, go to the MyChart Signup page to create your account.
How do I Reset my MyChart password?
Once you receive an activation code, go to the MyChart Signup page to create your account. If you forget your password, click the “Forgot Password” link on the sign-in page to reset your password online. After downloading the app, you will need to select Full Circle Health from the list of organizations in Idaho.

To directly schedule an appointment for yourself log into MyChart and go to “Schedule Appointments”, then select “Schedule Now”.

You are able to schedule your own vaccine appointment on MyChart, walk into any VG clinic during regular business hours or attend one of our mobile community vaccination events.
