MyChart offers patients personalized and secure on-line access to portions of their medical records. It enables you to securely use the Internet to help manage and receive information about your health. With MyChart, you can use the Internet to: Request medical appointments. View your health summary from the MyChart electronic health record.

How do I schedule an appointment with MyChart?

Use MyChart to schedule some care appointments. Select Visits from the top menu. Click the green Schedule an appointment button. Under Tell us why you’re coming in, click on Adult/Pediatric Specialty Care. Answer the questions and follow the prompts. Select an available date and time. Click Submit to secure your appointment.

How do I get on the wait list with MyChart?

You must be set up to receive email notifications in your MyChart account. Also, if an offer is made to more than one person, the first person to respond will get the offer and others will remain on the wait list for possible future offers. Use the activation code that can be found on your enrollment letter, bill or the last page of your visit summary. Follow the instructions to activate your account.
