How do I make an appointment in MyChart?
There are two different ways to make an appointment in MyChart: To make an appointment with your primary care doctor: You can directly schedule an appointment with your primary care doctor. Find the “Visits” tab, and click “Schedule an Appointment”.
When will my test results be available in MyChart?
Your test results are released to your MyChart account after they have been sent to your doctor for review. They may be available immediately, or within approximately 7 days. If you don’t see your results after this time, please contact your doctor’s office.
How do I ask a question in MyChart?
After logging into your MyChart account, hover over the Messaging tab and select “Ask a Question” Select the option that applies to you: new medical question, request a medication refill or customer service question. If you are sending a new medical question, choose a recipient, select a subject and compose your message.
