How do I find my Health Net member ID?

Your ID#/Subscriber ID# can be found on your Health Net insurance card. Please enter only the first 9 characters of your Member ID. Do not include the dash or the 2 numbers following it. Please enter all 9 characters of the Subscriber ID.
