How do I make an appointment at UVA student health?

You can schedule an appointment online through the HealthyHoos patient portal. Login using your Netbadge ID and then click the “Appointments” tab on the portal’s navigation bar to get started. If you don’t see any available appointments within the next few business days, please give us a call at (434) 924-5362.

Is UVA student health free?

All UVA students who pay comprehensive fees with their tuition are eligible for no-cost visits with our providers. Call us at (434) 924-5362 to make an appointment, or schedule online using the HealthyHoos patient portal.

Does UVA student health do walk ins?

If you have an urgent need and no appointment, call us at (434) 924-5362 or walk-in to the Medical Services lobby and speak with the front desk staff. We have a triage system whereby you can see or speak with a care provider who will advise you, refer you for same-day care, or suggest a scheduled appointment.

How do I cancel my UVA student health appointment?

To reschedule a WahooWell appointment, students are requested to contact the Office of Health Promotion at (434) 924-1509 as soon as possible. Appointments must be cancelled at least one hour prior to the scheduled appointment time or the student will be charged a $25 “No Show” charge.
