What is the hixny patient portal?
We offer an online patient portal that lets you see the same information from your health records that your healthcare providers see through Hixny. Discuss corrections and updates to your records—such as your medications, allergies, diagnoses, and more—with your providers during or between visits Register now for Hixny access!
How do I access my health information during my stay at hixny?
CVPH will enroll you during your stay at the hospital and provide you with the information you need to log on. When you get home you may visit Patient.Hixny.com, log into the portal and access your health information. If you have an email address, we recommend you update your account using your own email address.
Is hixny secure?
Hixny is a secure, web-based system to be used for the purpose of exchanging health information among hospitals and providers in Northern New York. The information contained within the Hixny system is confidential and may contain sensitive patient information. All access to Hixny is recorded and subject to audit.
How do I use hixny?
Pull records directly and securely through your EMR/EHR system or view patient information through our secure online portal. Receive alerts about critical events or changes in your patients’ conditions. You can even use Hixny to fulfill payers’ annual HEDIS® reporting requests.
