How do I login to MyChart?

To login to MyChart, visit mychart.baptisthealth.com. Once on the page, enter your username and password that you setup when you created your account, and click Sign In.

What age group can I access MyChart?

Due to adolescent privacy laws, MyChart access is currently restricted for teens 12 to 17 years old. IHA is working on a MyChart process for this age group. You have questions, we have answers. How do I ask a question in MyChart?

After logging into your MyChart account, hover over the Messaging tab and select “Ask a Question” Select the option that applies to you: new medical question, request a medication refill or customer service question. If you are sending a new medical question, choose a recipient, select a subject and compose your message.

Some results may be reported as “abnormal” but have little significance to your health. However, some results can be very important. As you review your results, you may require assistance for items that are difficult to interpret and therefore, you will need to discuss these further with your provider. Please allow your provider time to review your results. If you do not hear from your provider within a few days, or if you have questions, please contact your physician’s office during normal business hours.
