How do I use the MyChart app?
Manage your care from your phone with the MyChart app. Search “MyChart” on the App Store or Google Play to download the app. Select “Johns Hopkins Medicine” from the drop-down menu once you’ve downloaded the app. Manage your care on the go. Communicate with your provider. Access your test results.
Can I view information from outside of Johns Hopkins Medicine?
Your Johns Hopkins Medicine MyChart will not include information from providers who practice outside of Johns Hopkins Medicine. If a physician is not affiliated with Johns Hopkins Medicine, they cannot enter data in the Johns Hopkins electronic medical record system and therefore it cannot be viewed in MyChart.
How do I schedule an appointment with MyChart?
Use MyChart to schedule some care appointments. Select Visits from the top menu. Click the green Schedule an appointment button. Under Tell us why you’re coming in, click on Adult/Pediatric Specialty Care. Answer the questions and follow the prompts. Select an available date and time. Click Submit to secure your appointment.
Who can establish a MyChart account?
MyChart accounts can be established by anyone age 13 or older who is a patient at a participating Johns Hopkins Medicine facility. Parents, family members, legal representatives, and other individuals may also obtain a MyChart account if they become authorized as a proxy to access a patient’s medical record for approved purposes.
