How do I access my child’s MyChart?
Complete pre-visit questionnaires, which can then be reviewed by your or your child’s doctor, and imported right into your or your child’s official medical record at the time of your visit. Grant access to MyChart to other adults (with appropriate consent).
How do I download the MyChart mobile app?
Once you’ve signed up for MyChart, download the MyChart mobile app for easy access on the go. Simply visit Google Play™ for Android or the App Store for iOS and search for MyChart. Self-schedule a variety of primary and specialty care in MyChart.

Your MyChart information comes directly from your child’s electronic medical record at their doctor’s office. Ask the physician to correct any inaccurate information at the next office visit — your health information is reviewed and updated in your electronic medical record each time.

Each person controls their own password, and the account cannot be accessed without it. MyChart uses the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology with no caching to automatically encrypt your session with MyChart. Unlike conventional email, all MyChart messaging is done while you’re securely logged on to our website.
