Is MyChart required to receive health care from Lexington Medical Center?

The use of MyChart is completely voluntary and is not required to receive health care from Lexington Medical Center. I. Eligibility Individuals must be age 16 or older to request a personal MyChart Account.

What can I do with my MyChart account?

Share your medical record. Access a family member’s MyChart account. Pay your bill online. Request an estimate for common procedures. ( Patients without a MyChart account can use our Patient Estimates tool.) Make a primary care or OB-GYN appointment.
