What is MyChart and how does it work?
MyChart is an online tool that connects you with your personal health information and your healthcare team quickly and easily. Any care you receive from a Prisma Health provider will appear in your MyChart account online.
How do I access my LMC MyChart?

Is MyChart my complete medical record?
MyChart is not your complete medical record. MyChart provides you with access to some (but not all) of the information contained in your electronic medical record. As a result, you should not rely on information accessed via MyChart as complete.

You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits. Keep messages short and to the point. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

How long does a proxy account last in LMC?
