What is the my Rush app?
The My Rush app provides mobile, on-the-go access to your health record so you can manage your care on a single, secure platform. Anyone with a MyChart account can download and use the app for free. If you don’t have a MyChart account, you can create one on your computer or on the app.
How do I access my chart?
Use the access code provided at the time of your appointment or enter your information to create an account. Both outpatients and inpatients can also access MyChart by filling out an access request form. If you include your email address on the form, Rush will email your activation code.
How long does it take to get a MyChart account?
We need some information from you in order to grant you a MyChart account. Once submitted, it could take up to a week for processing and verification. Once approved, you will receive an email or a letter with your activation code and instructions on how to activate your MyChart account.
