How do I get access to my MyChart account?
If you’re a current patient, you have a MyChart account. To get access to your MyChart account, complete this online sign-up form. Or, call 210-450-4111 and our office will help you get access to your MyChart account. MyChart Proxy access allows a parent or legal guardian to manage a MyChart account for a child under the age of 18.
Can I use MyChart to exchange my health information?

Is MyChart password protected?
MyChart provides our patients access to their health information online, anytime, anywhere. MyChart is password protected and secured by an encrypted connection, so all information is safe from unauthorized access. Need a MyChart account? Need help logging in?
How long does a UtHealth activation code last?
For your security, your activation code expires after
14 days and is no longer valid after the first time you use it. If you still have problems, please email us at

How long does it take to get a response from UTHealth?
You will generally receive an answer within 1-3 business days. Please note MyUTHealth should not be used for urgent situations. For medical emergencies requiring immediate attention, please dial 911 or go to the nearest medical facilty.
