What is MyChart app?

When are doctor notes available?
Most of your test results and doctor’s notes are available shortly after your visit.
How long does it take to get a MyChart account?
We need some information from you in order to grant you a MyChart account. Once submitted, it could take up to a week for processing and verification. Once approved, you will receive an email or a letter with your activation code and instructions on how to activate your MyChart account. If you have any questions, please contact your clinic.
What to do if your records do not match?
If the information you provide does not match our records, you will be prompted to create a new account. If you are an active patient in our system and your information does not match, please contact the Customer Care Center at 877-558-0090. First, we need to collect some information about the patient.
