Log in to access your information. If you’re having difficulty logging into the MyChart app, please call 844-552-4278. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 right away. For other non-emergency medical matters, call your doctor’s office.
What are the steps to sign up for the Lourdes patient portal?
With a few exceptions, all Lourdes patient information is on the same portal. Follow these steps to sign up: Go to any registration desk in your local Ascension hospital. After providing your basic information, you will receive an email with an activation link. Follow the prompts to complete the sign-up process.
