Can I send urgent messages using MyChart?
Please do not use MyChart to send any messages requiring urgent attention (i.e. in less than 2 business days). For urgent medical matters, please contact your doctor’s office by phone. In emergency situations, call 911.

With MyChart, you have a way to be tuned in to your health at your own convenience. This online tool allows you to view your medical records, appointments and more to interact and stay up-to-date with your health.
What is MyChart’s new echeck-in feature?
Take advantage and save time with MyChart’s new eCheck-In feature. Patients are now able to edit personal information, including medications and allergies, and even pay copayments online prior to their scheduled appointment. Skip the wait with MyChart’s new feature, Fast Pass!
How do I use MyChart?
To sign up for MyChart, click here. You’ll be asked to fill out information about yourself, including your address, date of birth, and email address. Please note that it will ask for part of your Social Security number. This is necessary to verify your identity before we can share medical records. Or, your doctor will give you an activation code to sign up.
How long does it take to set up MyChart?
Once your account is verified, you will get an email with the information you need to set up your account. It may take up to two to three days for you to get this information. You can also set up a MyChart account by calling 844-625-1390 or calling your provider’s office.

Because of a new federal rule, BMC will be releasing notes and results without a time delay to MyChart. As of November 16, you, and anyone you’ve given MyChart access to, will see test results without a time delay, a summary of what you told the doctor or nurse, findings from exams, your doctor’s assessment or diagnosis of any medical conditions, and your treatment plan and next steps.
