What’s new in the Johns Hopkins MyChart mobile app?

The Johns Hopkins MyChart mobile app is getting a new login page. Patients will see important announcements in a pop-up banner as well as quick links at the bottom of the screen to pages like Provider Finder and Pay Bills. Need help? Check out our MyChart FAQs page Use MyChart to schedule some care appointments. Select Visits from the top menu.

Can I Activate my MyChart account if my information is verified?

If your information is verified, you will be able to activate your MyChart account immediately. If your information cannot be verified and you are an established Johns Hopkins Medicine patient, please call the MyChart helpline at 800-318-4246 for assistance.

What can I do with my teen’s MyChart account?

A MyChart account lets you send messages to your health care provider, request and renew prescriptions, see test results, schedule appointments and so much more. Parents and guardians can request proxy access to a teen account, but some information will remain confidential and will not be shared without the teen’s permission.

What to do when you get to your appointment?
