What is MyChart and how does it work?
MyChart is a secure website that provides the most up-to-date medical information available to you about your Johns Hopkins care and connects you to your health care team. MyChart is available in English and Spanish.
Can I Activate my MyChart account if my information is verified?
If your information is verified, you will be able to activate your MyChart account immediately. If your information cannot be verified and you are an established Johns Hopkins Medicine patient, please call the MyChart helpline at 800-318-4246 for assistance.
What can I do with my teen’s MyChart account?
A MyChart account lets you send messages to your health care provider, request and renew prescriptions, see test results, schedule appointments and so much more. Parents and guardians can request proxy access to a teen account, but some information will remain confidential and will not be shared without the teen’s permission.
