It enables you to securely use the internet to help manage and receive information about your health wherever and whenever you need.

MyChart is a free, secure, online portal. With MyChart, you can: Schedule or request appointments with your Memorial Health University Physicians (MHUP) provider For caregivers or dependents, a parent, guardian, or family member can be given access to a patient’s MyChart account.

For caregivers or dependents, a parent, guardian, or family member can be given access to a patient’s MyChart account. If you are a current MHUP patient, have visited the Memorial emergency department recently, or were a recent inpatient at Memorial Health University Medical Center, register for free.
