What is MercyOne MyCare?

Welcome to MercyOne MyCare. The purpose of offering you MyCare is to provide you web-based access to relevant portions of your medical records and to allow providers and colleagues to interact with patients regarding your health care and related information. The following terms and conditions (“MyCare Terms”) govern your use of MyCare.

Does Summa Health have a new MyChart portal?

Summa Health Patients Have a New MyChart Portal! This change does not impact patients of Mercy Health. Summa patients, your MyChart user experience has changed. Summa Health patients can access personal health information — including upcoming appointments, test results, and more — in your new MyChart site.

How to contact MercyOne?

For technical issues (you cannot see messages, you are not receiving results, etc.) call MyCare Customer Service toll free at 833-886-2273. For login issues, call your MercyOne provider’s office, or our Medical Records office at 319-272-5338.

How long does it take for MyCare to send access code?

To request your access code to sign up, please fill out the form below. Your access code will be sent to the address you provided within five days.

Why is MyCare not available?

You acknowledge and understand that MyCare may not be available to you all of the time due to system failures, back-up procedures, maintenance, or other causes beyond the control of the Service Provider. Access is provided on an “as-is, as-available” basis and the Service Provider does not guarantee that you will be able to access MyCare at any particular time.

Where is MyCare governed?

The MyCare Terms shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Connecticut without giving effect to its conflicts of law provisions. You agree to submit exclusively to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in the state and federal courts of the State of Connecticut, in the judicial district of Hartford.

Is MyCare password confidential?

It is extremely important that you keep the ID and password that you use to access MyCare completely confidential. If at any time you feel that the confidentiality of your password has been compromised, you should change it immediately by going to the Password link on the MyCare website.
