Does MercyOne have a patient portal?

In our northeast Iowa region, MercyOne has two separate patient portals for your convenience: Use our patient portal called MyCare to access information about your provider office visit. Request an appointment, view your lab results, pay a bill, and more. Click here to get started.

How do I contact MercyOne customer service?

For technical issues (you cannot see messages, you are not receiving results, etc.) call MyChart Customer Service toll free at 833-886-2273. For login issues or questions about your results in your MyChart Portal, call your MercyOne provider’s office. Hospital patients use a different patient portal called MyHospitalCare.

Where can I access the clinic patient portal?

The Clinic Patient Portal is now available for patients of MercyOne North Health Plaza, MercyOne Clinton Medical Center Health Plaza, Fulton Family Medicine, Morrison Family Medicine, DeWitt Family Medicine and Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine (formerly Medical Associates facilities).
