Why is MyCare not available?

You acknowledge and understand that MyCare may not be available to you all of the time due to system failures, back-up procedures, maintenance, or other causes beyond the control of the Service Provider. Where is MyCare governed?

The MyCare Terms shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Connecticut without giving effect to its conflicts of law provisions.
