Where can I Find my MercyOne health information?

Your MercyOne health information available anytime, anywhere—online. In our northeast Iowa region, MercyOne has two separate patient portals for your convenience: Use our patient portal called MyCare to access information about your provider office visit. Request an appointment, view your lab results, pay a bill, and more.

What is MercyOne’s MyCare?

If you are a MercyOne patient and visit any of our clinics in northeast Iowa, MyCare is an online tool that gives you direct access to your personal health information. Your lab results, provider appointment information, medications, health history including immunizations, and more are all available in a secure online environment.

How to contact MercyOne?

For technical issues (you cannot see messages, you are not receiving results, etc.) call MyCare Customer Service toll free at 833-886-2273. For login issues, call your MercyOne provider’s office, or our Medical Records office at 319-272-5338.

How long does it take for MyCare to send access code?

To request your access code to sign up, please fill out the form below. Your access code will be sent to the address you provided within five days.

Why is MyCare not available?
