What is self enrollment in Boone Health?

The automated self-enrollment feature allows patients to enroll in Boone Health Connection with information that has been verified at a recent visit. If the system cannot match your submitted information to an account with 100% accuracy, the enrollment will fail. To protect our patients’ health information, enrollment requests that are not successfully matched are flagged for review by our Portal Team.
