Which patient portals are available across the MHS?
We currently have two secure patient portals in use across the MHS, TRICARE Online and the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal. As DOD’s new electronic health record, MHS GENESIS, deploys across the MHS, it will be replacing TRICARE Online in waves. Patients will use either TRICARE Online or the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.
