Does MyChart have my Social Security number?
The MyChart app, gave me the option to “click here” to recover my user name. I had to submit my date of birth AND full social security number with my request. The email, with my user name WAS NEVER SENT TO ME. That means, MyChart, has my social security number and can now move forward with ID theft. WHY DID YOU ASK FOR MY SOCIAL?
