MyChart is our new integrated secure patient portal, which replaces our existing patient portals, and provides you with the most up-to-date medical information. *Effective February 14th, 2017, the following Mount Auburn Hospital affiliated practices (listed below) will convert to Mount Auburn MyChart.
How do I sign up for MyChart?
Click “Sign Up” after you download the app. (MyChart is only available for desktop access, effective May 1, 2022.) Step 1: Register for MyChart online using the activation code you were given by your doctor’s office. Once you’ve created your MyChart account, you will no longer need this code.
