To sign up for MyChart, you must be at least 18 years old. There are several different methods of MyChart signup that might be used by different departments across the organization: Clinic staff might sign you up directly while you’re at the front desk or in the exam room. You might receive a MyChart activation code on your After Visit Summary.
How can I set up an active MUSC Health MyChart account?
If you do not already have an active MUSC Health MyChart account, please follow the steps below to set one up. Go to the MyChart login page. Select the blue Create Your Account button on the right side of the page. If you do not have a MyChart activation code, select the blue Sign Up Online button on the right of the screen.

How much does a MUSC test cost?
MUSC Health is performing the COVID-19/Coronavirus diagnostic testing. The pricing for these tests ranges from $50 to $150 and will be billed to your insurance carrier. Based on the recent CARES Act, MUSC Health does not anticipate insured patients to have an outstanding balance for this test.

Please contact 843-792-2311 or 800-598-0624 with questions regarding your bill. The Transparency of Hospital Charges Rule requires MUSC Health to provide the hospital charge master code assigned to the COVID-19 diagnostic test.
Does MUSC Health bill your health insurance?
MUSC Health will bill your primary and secondary health care plan on your behalf. However, you are ultimately responsible for the services provided. You may be billed if your health care plan does not process in a timely manner. Further follow up with your insurance will be your responsibility.
