MyChart Care Companion This function provides reminders to patients to complete tasks. This will be set up by the provider if it applies to the patient’s care. Happy Together Happy Together allows patients to connect their MyChart account(s) with other organizations to their MVHS MyChart.

What is Duke MyChart?

Duke MyChart, our secure, online website, makes it easy for you to schedule appointments, pay your bills, and send a message to your doctor’s office when you have non-urgent medical needs. To sign up for Duke MyChart, please call us at 919-620-4555 or 800-782-6945 to receive an activation code.
