How do I sign on to my Cooper account?
When new information is available on your myCooper account, you will receive an e-mail message to the email address which you provided to Cooper at your physician’s office. Sign On:When you enroll in myCooper, you will be provided with an access code, which will allow you to create a personal login (“myCooper ID”) and a password.
How do I sign-up for MyChart?
There are four ways for you to sign-up for MyChart. Select the option most convenient for you. 1. Request an activation code at your next office visit or look on the After Visit Summary you get at your appointment. Please Note: The code on your After Visit Summary is only valid up to three days after your office visit.
What if I don’t have a mycooper account?
The myCooper app even allows you to connect with us from your smartphone. If you are a Cooper patient and don’t have a myCooper account yet, please contact the myCooper support staff by email at [email protected]. Please include your name and date of birth in the communication.
