How do I access my teen’s MyChart?

Log into your MyChart. Switch to the proxy account for your 12- to 17-year-old. In the search menu field type in “Teen” and select “Teen Access.” Read the information in the section, ‘MyChart Access for your Teen” and follow the instructions. Our MyChart access team will review the request and respond within 3-5 business days.

MyChart becomes the primary method to receive messages from clinic providers and staff who use MyChart. In some cases, this information will be delivered only through MyChart, and not by US mail. When patients receive care from a provider who is not actively using MyChart, information from that provider will be communicated through other means (telephone, US mail).
