How do I access my myuhealthchart?

Accessing your MyUHealthChart is now easier than ever, just download the MyChart app from the App Store or Google Play. Please do not use MyUHealthChart to send messages requiring urgent attention. For medical emergencies, please call 911. For medical urgent matters, contact your doctor’s office.

What can I do with MyChart?
