How do I link my university health MyChart accounts?
Before you link accounts, make sure you are logged in to both accounts. In your University Health MyChart account, click on the three dots on the upper right hand side and select Account Settings. In Account Settings, scroll down and click on Link My Accounts. In the search bar, enter the account you want to link.
What information will you be able to see on your health record when you enroll in MyChart?
Items that are part of your medical record include prescriptions, lab results, allergies and immunizations. These will transfer when you enroll in MyChart. You will be able to see information on your health record such as results and clinicians’ notes. You will see your results at the same time as your provider.
