What is the MySite Patient Portal?
The MySite Patient Portal is a free, secure online resource that gives you access to your health record information from any of the three Beth Israel Deaconess community hospitals: BID–Milton, BID–Needham and BID–Plymouth.
How to get Beth Israel Deaconess?
1. Use the free Meditech Mhealth Mobile App. 2. Search and download “Meditech MHealth” in the Apple App Store or Google Play. 3. Open the app, select “Massachusetts” from the list of states, then select “Beth Israel Deaconess Milton/Needham/Plymouth” from the list of hospitals. Frequently Asked Questions.
When do you need to reregister for MySite?
IMPORTANT: If you have not accessed MySite since October 1, 2018, you need to re-register. Even if you previously have been a MySite user at one of these three hospitals, you need to sign up for MySite to access your most up to-date hospital health records.
Is MySite secure?
MySite is completely secure, so you can be confident that your private information is protected. We use the safest security practices to protect your account and prevent unauthorized access to your information. Only you, or someone you have authorized, can view your MySite information.
Can a primary care provider tell you if they have an online patient portal?
No. Your primary care practice can tell you if they offer their own online patient portal.
