MyChart offers patients personalized and secure on-line access to portions of their medical records. It enables you to securely use the Internet to help manage and receive information about your health. With MyChart, you can use the Internet to: Request medical appointments. What is Duke MyChart?
Duke MyChart, our secure, online website, makes it easy for you to schedule appointments, pay your bills, and send a message to your doctor’s office when you have non-urgent medical needs. To sign up for Duke MyChart, please call us at 919-620-4555 or 800-782-6945 to receive an activation code.

When will my test results be available in MyChart?
Your test results are released to your MyChart account after they have been sent to your doctor for review. They may be available immediately, or within approximately 7 days. If you don’t see your results after this time, please contact your doctor’s office.
What is MyChart Patient Portal?
The MyChart Patient Portal (the ” Site “) is a health management tool from the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation (“NYC Health + Hospitals”, ” we “, ” us ” or ” our “). The Site includes software and data provided by us and by our licensors and providers, and /or their respective affiliates. How long does it take to respond to a health care inquiry?
We will make reasonable efforts to provide a response to electronic inquiries within three (3) business days, but we do not guarantee a timely response. In some cases, the staff that needs to respond to an electronic inquiry or other communication may not be immediately available so you should allow at least (3) business days for a response. Any Situations requiring attention in the less than three (3) business days should not be submitted electronically.
What happens if a court rules that a provision of these Terms is invalid?
If any court of competent jurisdiction rules that any provision of these Terms is invalid, then that provision will be revised, reduced or removed from these Terms, to the minimum extent necessary to render it valid, without affecting the rest of these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.
