In order to access their medical records via MyChart, patients will need to create an account if they do not already have one. If you need help accessing MyChart, contact the MyChart Support HelpDesk at 1-855-208-0122 or 770-219-1963, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Does GBMC require two-factor authentication for MyChart?
To increase the safety of our patients’ information, GBMC now requires two-factor authentication for MyChart. This will require both password entry and confirmation via email to view your account.
