Does North Oaks Health System have two separate statements?

Effective March 16, 2020, patients receiving care from providers employed by North Oaks Health System will no longer receive two separate statements. For your convenience, you will receive a single statement with both your hospital and provider balances. The combined statement will clearly show the amount due.
