What is MyChart and how do I use it?

MyChart is a free service offered to our Presbyterian Medical Group patients. You might also want to grant a family member or friend access to your medical records when you need assistance managing your appointments and other medical needs.

How do I get access to my Presbyterian Health Information?

MyChart – Access to Your Presbyterian Health Information. As a Presbyterian Medical Group patient, you have secure online access to your Presbyterian electronic health records through your MyChart account. You can also have access to your family’s records by requesting proxy access and MyChart offers teens, between the ages of 14-18,

Can I get access to my child’s MyChart account?

Yes you can. This is called Proxy Access and allows a parent (or guardian) to log into their personal MyChart account and then connect to information regarding their family member. To request access to a child’s account, complete a Child Proxy Request within your MyChart account found in your Medical Records tab.

How do I set up an account with Presbyterian Medical Group?
