How do I start using MyChart?

To start using MyChart today, you will need a MyChart activation code. You will find the code on your after-visit summary. Go to mychart.nychealthandhospitals.org and click on Sign up online. Enter your activation code and complete the sign-up form to access your MyChart account.

How long does it take to get a blood test result?

Test results generally take 5 working days. You can now submit and receive your Health Information electronically through secure email. PLEASE NOTE: In order to submit a health information request online, you will need to upload your photo and a government-issued photo ID.
