How do I start using MyChart?

To start using MyChart today, you will need a MyChart activation code. You will find the code on your after-visit summary. Go to mychart.nychealthandhospitals.org and click on Sign up online. Enter your activation code and complete the sign-up form to access your MyChart account.

What is UHS MyChart?

Welcome to UHS MyChart! UHS is excited to offer you the enhanced MyChart patient portal experience to better manage your health! Please note, your UHS medical information for approximately the past 3 years only will be in your MyChart account. How long does it take to activate MyChart?

How long does it take to get a blood test result?

Test results generally take 5 working days. You can now submit and receive your Health Information electronically through secure email. PLEASE NOTE: In order to submit a health information request online, you will need to upload your photo and a government-issued photo ID.
