Please note a previous or scheduled visit with an Atlantic Health System doctor’s office or medical center is required to obtain an Atlantic Health MyChart account. In order to set up your MyChart account, we need to confirm your identity using a secure third-party verification system.
How do I access OMC MyChart?
OMC MyChart can be accessed from a computer or a mobile device using an app. The app, called MyChart, can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store/Android Market. Once downloaded, choose Olmsted Medical Center from the list of healthcare providers.
