What can I do with parkland MyChart?

Parkland MyChart can be used to: Ask for appointments. Stay in touch with your nurses and doctors. Ask for medication renewals. Get test results. Review your medical record. See your doctor’s instructions after your visit. To sign up, ask your healthcare provider or go online to start accessing your MyChart record now.

How can I access my MyChart account?

You can access MyChart online or in iTunes® and Google Play™. To find Parkland in the app, click “Texas” when searching for a health care provider, then scroll down to Parkland. You will then be prompted to enter your username and password to access your MyChart account.

Why did we move to a better MyChart?

How can I find parkland in the app?

How long does it take for MyChart to respond?

The MyChart system should never be used for urgent matters. The anticipated turnaround time for response to electronic messages is 1 to 2 business days , but could be longer. Also, you should not assume that your provider is aware of any changes in your health, even if you submitted e-mails or updates through the MyChart system. Accordingly, PLEASE CALL 911 OR YOUR PHYSICIAN, AND/OR GO TO THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT OF A LOCAL HOSPITAL, IF YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY OR ANY OTHER HEALTH CHANGES THAT ARE PROBLEMATIC FOR YOU.
