How long does it take for MyChart to respond?

The MyChart system should never be used for urgent matters. The anticipated turnaround time for response to electronic messages is 1 to 2 business days , but could be longer. Also, you should not assume that your provider is aware of any changes in your health, even if you submitted e-mails or updates through the MyChart system. Accordingly, PLEASE CALL 911 OR YOUR PHYSICIAN, AND/OR GO TO THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT OF A LOCAL HOSPITAL, IF YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY OR ANY OTHER HEALTH CHANGES THAT ARE PROBLEMATIC FOR YOU.
