Your CNE online health records allow you to securely share information with your care providers, but can also literally be a lifesaver.

What is the difference between MyChart and the old portal?

It has more features than our old portal, including faster test results and it is available as an app, so you can access your records wherever you are. The next time you book an appointment you will be prompted to join MyChart and will be given an activiation code. Our old portal will remain available with limited functionality until June 2023.
