What is Piedmont MyChart?
At Piedmont, we empower our patients by giving them access to information, so we want to let you know how to join our patient portal, Piedmont MyChart. As of June 1, 2022, Piedmont MyChart will be your go-to for easy access to information about care you receive at a Piedmont hospital or through our network of providers.
What is MyChart and what can it do for me?
MyChart provides access to your Piedmont medical health record, allows you to schedule appointments, view upcoming appointments, request a prescription refill, view test results, visit summaries and more. 1.
What is the new patient portal that Piedmont patients have access to?
With the change to Epic, Piedmont patients have access to a new patient portal that offers them more access and more control over their healthcare – Piedmont MyChart. Piedmont MyChart is secure web access for patients to their physician office. As always, if you have an immediate medical need, please call your physician office.
What do I do if I have technical problems with Piedmont MyChart?
If you are having technical problems with Piedmont MyChart, call 1-855-788-1212 and a customer service representative will assist you.

How to log into mychart.piedmont.org?
1. Go to mychart.piedmont.org. 2. Click on “Sign Up Now”. 3. Enter First name, Last name, last four digits of your social security number, and your date of birth. You may have issues due to your social. If your social does not work when trying to log-in, please try using “0000” as your social.

When will the 21st century cures act be implemented?
21st Century Cures Act. Effective May 1, 2021 , UHCS will comply with the CMS requirement to send electronic notifications for patient admissions, discharges and transfers to the primary care provider or other practitioners responsible for the patient’s care. Confirm your primary care provider when you present for care.
