How can I access MyChart?

To access MyChart, login to myPRES, and select the “Access MyChart” button. Don’t have a myPRES account? Not an established patient, but wish to have an account for future use?

Where does MyChart come from?

Your MyChart information comes directly from your electronic medical record at your doctor’s office. Ask your doctor to correct any inaccurate information at your next clinic visit. Your health information is reviewed and updated in your electronic medical record each visit. Is there a fee to use MyChart?

How do I upload my Hospital test results to MyChart?

Hospital test results are not automatically uploaded to MyChart. To have your hospital test results added, select the Medical Records tab, then select Test Results. Within this tab, check the box that reads Show Hospital Results. You may hide your hospital test results by checking this box once again.

Can I use MyChart for urgent or emergency needs?

MyChart is NOT to be used for urgent needs. Please visit one of our urgent care locations or call your clinic. For medical emergencies, dial 911.
