How do I log on to Piedmont MyChart?
When you’ve received instructions and an access code, go to mychart.piedmont.org to log on to Piedmont MyChart, which provides access to your medical health. You should not share your password with anyone that you do not want to have access to your private information. I already have a patient portal (NextMD or Relay Health).
Does Piedmont share health information with you sooner?
*To increase transparency in your care, Piedmont is proud to share health information with you sooner, including provider chart notes. Keep in mind that because you’ll receive your results sooner, your physician may not have reviewed them by the time you do.
