How do I sign up for MyChart?

Patients can sign up for MyChart via the following methods: Sign up Online:You can go to MyChart.UVMHealth.organd verify your email and other personal information. You will then receive a verification email with an activation link. Sign up in person:You can request access to MyChart at your next appointment.

Does the MyChart helpdesk have access to billing?

The MyChart helpdesk does not have access to billing. As part of this transition, on June 15, 2019, PacMed’s billing system will be upgraded too. Visit www.PacMed.org/billpay for more information. How old do you have to be to have a proxy?

Anyone 13 years and older may register with a valid email account. Proxy access options are available for parents, legal guardians and approved caregivers to manage additional records. Patients can grant proxy access by going to Menu > Share My Record > Friends and Family > Invite Someone, or by notifying a staff member that another individual needs access to the account.

You will still have access to your information in this portal after November 9, 2019, but no new outpatient information will be added. To view new outpatient medical information and test results, see upcoming appointments, and send messages, you should create MyChart accounts at MyChart.UVMHealth.org.
