New accounts: If you’re not already using Adventist Health’s MyChart, you can sign up for a new account after March 12 at your next visit, by phone at 503-261-6929 or online. MyAdventistHealth accounts: If you’ve used MyAdventistHealth to access your hospital records, you can continue to look them up in MyAdventistHealth.

When will my Adventist Health Medical Group Clinic records appear?

Most Adventist Health Medical Group clinic records from the last few years should appear in your new OHSU Health MyChart starting March 12. You can also access your records in your previous Adventist Health MyChart for several months. You can order copies of your medical records anytime through our records office.
