Who is Post Road Pediatrics?
Welcome to Post Road Pediatrics! Forty years of caring for infants through college students while striving to be the best medical home we can be. We are part of the Pediatric Physicians of Children’s Hospital (PPOC). The wait is finally over! Flu vaccines are now available at Post Road Pediatrics for all patients 6 months and up.
Can I email clinical questions to my child’s MyChart account?
This email will be used for MyChart registration only, please do not email clinical questions or any other requests to this email account. *Any children that are 13 years or older must have their own MyChart account in order to be eligible for virtual visits. If your child is 18 or older, please have them contact us directly.
How do I sign up for MyChart?
If you would like to sign up for MyChart, please email the following information to

How do I grant a parent/guardian access to MyChart?
They are able to grant a parent/guardian access to MyChart by completing the MyChart consent form on our website (under the forms section) If you are an adult patient who is registering for your own MyChart, you do not need to send your parent’s information unless you are looking to grant access to a parent.
How to use MyChart?
MyChart allows patients to: 1 communicate with providers and staff via secure messaging regarding health concerns 2 request prescription refills and referrals 3 view immunizations and growth charts 4 print health forms and letters 5 schedule well visits and same-day sick appointments 6 receive lab and imaging results 7 pay bills

How old do you have to be to get access to MyChart?
Parents of patients 18 and older if the patient agrees to grant access by completing a MyChart Adult Proxy Access Consent Form (also available at our front desk).

We may be able to help you prevent an unnecessary (lengthy and sometimes expensive) visit to the Emergency Room with guidance over the phone, or see you in our office at a time that works for you.
