What is MyChart and how do I use it?
MyChart is a free service offered to our Presbyterian Medical Group patients. You might also want to grant a family member or friend access to your medical records when you need assistance managing your appointments and other medical needs.
What is the MyChart “invite someone to have access to your record” option?
Clinical notes and test results from all PHS visits, including sensitive health information. Medications, diagnoses, allergies, immunizations, appointments, letters, billing/payment and more. Patient request by calling Customer Service or at clinic. Patient may use their MyChart “Invite Someone to Have Access to Your Record” option.
Can I get access to my child’s MyChart account?
Yes you can. This is called Proxy Access and allows a parent (or guardian) to log into their personal MyChart account and then connect to information regarding their family member. To request access to a child’s account, complete a Child Proxy Request within your MyChart account found in your Medical Records tab.
How do I upload my Hospital test results to MyChart?
Hospital test results are not automatically uploaded to MyChart. To have your hospital test results added, select the Medical Records tab, then select Test Results. Within this tab, check the box that reads Show Hospital Results. You may hide your hospital test results by checking this box once again.
How do I register for MyChart?
On the myPRES Registration page , enter your information and select Register.
What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
If you forget your myPRES password, use the “Forgot your password” link at the Sign In page. You will be asked to answer your challenge question and then your password will be sent to your email.
How old do you have to be to have a MyChart account?
If you are a parent or guardian of a minor child under the age of 14 and would like to request proxy access to their medical records, you will be required to have your own MyChart account.
How to share my medical records?
If you are an adult and would like to provide limited or full view access to your medical records, you can do so from your MyChart account. Once logged in, choose Share My Record from the menu.
How to close a modal window?
This is a modal window. This modal can be closed by pressing the Escape key or activating the close button.
